Orders are processed within **1-2 business days** after receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

**Shipping Rates and Timeline**

- **Express Shipping**: 2-4 business days

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the weight of the product. Orders over ₹999 are eligible for free shipping.

**International Shipping**
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services to international customers in the future.

**Delays**

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
Theraglam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the courier. If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the courier with your tracking number for assistance.

**Incorrect Address**
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the package.
